Occasionally, I'll buy these frozen tortellinis at HEB. It's the Central Market brand, I believe, and last night I got the arugula and cheese variation. To jazz them up, I sauteed bell peppers, carrots, zucchini, mushrooms and tomatoes. I also whipped up some homemade pesto, still using basil from my abundant supply on the patio, and topped it all with some fresh parmesan.
I seriously could eat pesto everyday without tiring of it. I <3 pesto.
