Up for grabs today is a copy of Aimee Ray's Doodle Stitching. I bought this for myself a few months back, but I found that it just wasn't what I was looking for. Don't get me wrong! I love Aimee Ray's work, but I was in search of something with more designs, something like her other book, which I may end up getting at some point. So, I decided to share this book with one of you. If you're just starting to dabble in embroidery, or would like some specific project ideas using it, then maybe you'd like to enter! I'm also including several new thread colors and a new pack of embroidery needles for you to get started.
To enter, leave a comment (one per person, please!). International entries are welcome. I'll accept entries until Sunday evening, 6:00 PM CST.
Thanks for helping me destash a lovely book!

ReplyDeleteI would love to win this- I've been thinking about trying some embroidery for awhile now, but can't justify to my husband why I need to spend money on yet ANOTHER craft... but if I won it he couldn't argue with that.... :)

How nice of you to offer this nice embroidery package. I used to embroidery years and years ago. I ran across the Embroidery 101 Quilt Along at Clover and Violet blog a couple of months ago just as it was starting up and got bitten by the bug. I have been following along with that, and would love to have some more projects for when that is done. Thanks for the chance.
ReplyDeleteVery nice! My girls are just starting to embroider and I would enjoy sharing this with them. Thank you! :)
ReplyDeleteI'm all over hand embroidery right now. I actually picked up this book from the library and wished I could have held onto it longer. LOVE IT!
